I’m very busy this time of the year. Here in Calgary, in this northern mountain climate, I need to use every bit of comfortable weather to get things done. Lately it has been getting all our edibles growing in the ground, even to the point of having to dig 2 foot deep new garden beds. The growing areas now take up a significant part of our property, behind our house, to the side, as well as the front facing the street.
